Description
The Trail is best as a shuttle. Leave a car at Logging Creek Bridge and drive to the trailhead on Divide Road
The trail begins with a gentle climb on a rocky track for the first kilometer, getting your legs warmed up. It then drops over the edge and you go from 2287 meters down to 1700 meters in the next 5km. Excellent fun, your arms will be dead and your brake pads will be smoking. There a several creek crossings and your feet will be wet. The ride transitions to a easy XC cruise that is nearly all downhill to the 24km mark. At this point you cross Logging Creek which can be deep and fast depending on the time of year. The last couple kilometers climbs up about 150 meters. When you hit the gravel road, head downhill and you are back to Logging Creek Bridge in just minutes, a ripping final blast of speed but keeps your ears alert for oncoming vehicle traffic.

Driving Directions
Continue to follow MT-200/US-87/US-89 for 18.6 miles
Turn right at US-89. Go 9.6 miles.
Turn right at Evans Riceville Rd. Go 3.1 miles.
Turn left toward Evans Riceville Rd. Go 0.3 miles.
Take a slight left at Evans Riceville Rd and go 4.6 miles it will turn to Lick Creek Ln. Go 4.3 more miles and Turn left at Logging Creek Rd.
Drop off shuttle vehicle at Logging Creek Bridge.
Head west on Logging Creek Rd toward Lick Creek Ln for 9.7 mi
Turns to Lewis and Clark National Forest for 0.9 miles then turns to Divide Rd. After about 6 miles park at the trail head.
